Today was insane, and I LOVED it. My family and I headed off to Robinsons Manila to support my cousin, Chai, while she danced with her f(x) dance cover group during the K-pop festival. She had a total of two performances--one at 12:30 pm, and the other at 7 pm. We had to stay in the mall for the whole day and thus had loads of time to kill.

When I got there, I was expecting shitloads of K-pop booths and whatnot, just like the convention I attended last November. Sadly, there was only one booth which sold CD's and not merch. :( Le sigh. Ah well.

But then anyway, I arranged to meet up with my Tumblr friends--Gabbi and Claire. Gabbi bailed on the last minute, but I still got to meet Claire. Awkward silences at the beginning, though we warmed up to each other pretty quickly for a first meeting! We had lunch at a Japanese restaurant wherein we spazzed our butts away. Haha. Good times, good times. :) I even got to meet another Tumblr friend, Lae, which was an unexpected, lovely surprise. She was very hyper and it was funny. ^_^ Then I had to leave them to get back to my family, huhu. I was able to take a picture with Claire before I left, but it's in her camera so I won't get to post it here. Even for a few hours, spending time with her was crazy fun. She's planning to transfer to AdMU for her second year and I am nothing but stoked to soon have her as a schoolmate.

I tried getting Meg to come but she had a ballet recital today. :c WHICH I AM 100% SURE THAT SHE NAILED. That girl is a Black Swan.

Back to the K-pop summer fest, Stephan told me that he'd be dropping by the mall to give me my birthday present. After having some coffee with my relatives, I went to meet him. We hung out for about a couple hours or so and had our usual geeky conversations. OH OH and I recently found out that he has abs after I randomly rubbed his tummy. Boy has been keeping them secret for so long, lol.

I introduced ST to the family as well. It was weird. But hilarious. Harhar.

After he left, all we did was wait for Chai's next performance. Had no choice but to watch the other cover groups. I particularly disliked this MBLAQ cover group. No wait, I HATED them. Ugh, I swear they were so cocky and stuck up and they weren't even cute (and they totally think that they're hot wtf wtf wtf). Bleh. Such feelers. They were rude too. I wanted to punch each of their faces. I love MBLAQ and these posers are giving them a bad name. :| But that was the only crappy part of the day, hihi.

FINALLY IT WAS CHAI'S TURN TO DANCE. AFTER 54305843950843953 YEARS. Her group was great! In sync and everything. My cousins and I were screaming our asses off. People were looking but we didn't give two shits about it. Chai deserved our deafening screams, okay. She was just awesome. Her boy gave her much support as well. He stayed with her the whole day, how sweet is that, haha~

We left maybe an hour after Chai danced, then flailed about the whole day in the car. God. I love my friends. I love my family. This day was amazing. FUCK THIS RAPTURE BULLSHIT.

I've been having such amazing days lately. Even yesterday was lovely! I got to bond with my 4D and 4B friends during Louise's despedida. I owe that night a post as well; prolly when Nichie uploads her photos. Made me realize how much I frigging miss my class so much. 4B better have a reunion, and fast!

Summer 2011 has been wonderful so far. I'm hoping it'll end with a blast. :]
