I was too lazy to edit the Orlando pictures so I just posted a couple~

Leather jacket. :> Lol srsly I feel like I'm from CN Blue's 'Intuition' music video hohohoho~

Literary Lane at Central Park. I love that place. The pathway is absolutely gorgeous.

Random Dude fishing at Central Park.

The City that Never Sleeps.
|| 3:33 PM

It's day 4 in Manhattan, New York City for me and I am loving it here. Part of me never wants to leave this place. It's completely different from Orlando; not only are the people here better looking (hell, they even dress amazingly) the city is booming with life and the environment is just so gorgeous. I love the fact that there's so much culture and so many nationalities flooding the place.

Lemme try doing a recap to what we've been doing in the big apple.

Day 1 - Arrived at NYC and checked in at La Quinta Inn. The inn is coincidentally in Korea town, and I realized we lived right beside a fucken K-pop store. Lol. Anyway, we were shocked by how insanely cold it is here. Nevertheless, we explored the streets near our hotel.

Day 2 - Got up early to take the bus to Liberty Island, to...yes, see the Statue of Liberty. IT TOOK US THREE HOURS OF LINING UP WOMG. The statue was pretty though. We took loads of pictures. But by the time we got off the island, we were so tired that we decided to go home. The bus we were in though took us around the whole Manhattan island. Really interesting shit. The tour made me fall in love with the city more. I also saw Times Square for the first time. ^^

Day 3 - My family and I took a break from the city and took a tour to the Hamptons. It's completely different from Manhattan, but executes just as much beauty. If the city gives that whole lively feel, the Hamptons is a quiet place to relax and breathe for a bit. The tour bus drove by houses of a few celebrities as well. Such rich bitches with pretty mansions, seriously. Mmm. Anyway, we walked around town and just appreciated the country air. The weather was perfect there as well--not too cold, and just the right amount of wind.

My mom bought me my very own leather jacket that day too! I feel so bad ass wearing it, haha. Now all I need are a tattoo and a motorbike hohoho~

Day 4 - My mom's friend, Tita Cheng, brought us around Manhattan via subway. It's pretty cool riding it; I felt like Natalie Portman while she was commuting in Black Swan. Lolwat. Anywho, we proceeded to the Museum of Natural History, which was the same place where they shot Night at the Museum. It was kind of crowded though. And then we watched this cool planetarium show.

After lunch, we headed out to Central Park. God, that place is ginormous. It covers around 50 blocks. It's huge, but it sure is beautiful too. There were lakes and pretty statues everywhere. The trees were leafless but it still had this eerie sublimity to them y'know? It was extremely nice walking around and taking loads of pictures. We even saw a handful of newlyweds having photoshoots in the park (and they were all in wedding attire, to bet). Central Park is my brand new favorite place in the whole wide world. :D

Tita Cheng had to leave so my mom let me go to Forever 21 to look for clothes. I didn't pack much so it was a necessity (lolol). Basically just bought four tops for the rest of our NYC trip (we're doing the rest of the shopping in California :>). I also finally got my CNBlue First Step Limited Edition album from Koryo Bookstore. Oh god, 100 pages of eye candy, okay. And it's big enough for me to hug foreverrrr~ @______@

Tomorrow, we planned to go to Rockefeller center with Tita Cheng again. Will have lunch with Dani too, and then at night, we're watching The Phantom of the Opera on Broadway. Ahhh, cannot wait.

Pictures shall be up in a separate post! :)

NEW YORK CITY IS WONDERFUL.

Don't stop.
Friday, April 15, 2011 || 8:09 PM

Ohai humans. Excuse the mega crappy post I put up a couple days ago. I guess I was a little bit too homesick back then.

Orlando is great so far! Really sunny and the weather reminds me a lot of the Philippines. Basically, my family has been theme park-hopping for the past week, and our last stop is Animal Kingdom tomorrow. After that, it's off to New York city! Of all the states we'll be going to, I'm most excited for this the most. Florida's cool and all, but then I realized that going to 3204839204892304 theme parks just isn't my thing. I regret nothing though. Travel anywhere in North America is awesome.

Anyway, in NYC, I won't just be in a city full of life in energy, but I'll get to shop a bit as well and watch a frigging Broadway musical. A real one, to beat. Mega mega psyched for that, and I get to spend a day with Dani too! ^^ Oh, oh, and hopefully, there'll be good-looking Asians there lolol (seriously, there are none in Orlando, my gahd~)

I haven't uploaded pictures from our trip yet, so expect them later on or something. :D

Tonight, I am very sad.
Tuesday, April 12, 2011 || 5:25 PM

about a lot of things really.

I don't know. Just went online and caught up with my friends through their blogs/Tumblrs/ Facebook accounts while they're all asleep. It got me thinking about shit. And I feel bad. And lonely. Maybe it's because I'm slowly losing my grip on a few of them. Drifting, God forbid. Or maybe I just miss them too much. Maybe I miss home too much.

I guess I feel that...even when I'm gone, or if I died in some kind of morbid way, nothing really changes the people around me. I'm just an insignificant part of my loved ones' lives. That stomach-hurling emotion makes me want to move to another city and start anew and make new friends and reinvent myself. Sigh.

Ah, just ignore this post. I'll get over this idiotic phase. :/

Can't wait to get to NYC to see at least one of my friends. I need someone to talk to other than my family to keep me sane.

Don't get me wrong though. I am enjoying this vacation. It's just that I feel that I'm missing out on so much shit back in the Philippines.

saflskldfjsdkfjkdlsjfksdlj I need to sleep this shitty feeling off. :| :| :|

I wanna cut my hair or something fffuuu. And I want to stay away from the 'net to see all my friends' posts but I can't because the Internet is pretty much my boyfriend.

Ugh.

Fuck this post. Fuck my girly emotions.

I'll go do a happier post about my trip when I feel like it.

I won't be found.
Thursday, April 7, 2011 || 11:45 PM

It'll be the first time I'll travel to the States in a long time. Good lord, I've missed that place. Done packing all my things already--I've got my trusty Panasonic headphones and a good book to keep me company throughout the long flight. I had my awesome indie travel mixes fixed by Ate Zet. And of course, like the loyal fangirl that I am, I'm making my own K-pop playlist as well. Hoho.

We'll be stopping over at Japan and Detroit before finally landing in Florida.

But despite all the flight stress, I'm psyched.

Stuff in my suitcase. My mom lent me a pink one ftw.

Our first stop is Florida and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter! It's basically why we wanted to go to the States in the first place. Hurray for geekiness.

New York is our second stop. We're watching the Phantom of the Opera on broadway. I'm also stoked to see how beautiful this city is. All the lights and skylines I've seen in movies are absolutely gorgeous! I shall also get to see Dani, whom I haven't seen since last February. She'll be studying and working there starting this month.

Los Angeles is our last stop so we could visit my dad's relatives. Though, if my grandma decides to, we may head out to Vegas. ^^

Ah, this'll be so fun. I'm looking forward to the ultimate summer experience with my family.

I wish Papa were still here with us to experience it. :)

The Aristeia.
Monday, April 4, 2011 || 8:50 PM

The CSA high school seniors had their graduation ball last Sunday at Makati Shangri-La. It was much better than prom for me, and everyone looked stunning. Seriously. That's even an understatement. I loved seeing all my batchmates all donning their finest. Everyone was absolutely gorgeous. :) Then holy crap I was pretty much fangirling the food that they served. Mucho nomnomnoms lol~

It wasn't a perfect night though. I didn't dance to much fast songs because I got traumatized when someone pushed me out of nowhere and I fell to the floor. And the music sucked to bad. Urgh. *_______* I managed to bond with a number of my guy friends though during the slow dances. Some random dude whom I didn't know even asked me to dance. But that was kind of creepy and awkward. O___o

I guess grad ball was nice. :) It could have been better, but it was nice. :) There was a portion wherein they made us watch AVPs, which was kind of depressing. I will miss high school, no matter how much I said I hated it.

Shot by Denise Enriquez. ^^

Before going to the ballroom. My mom was still around and all.

AND I JUST HAD TO PUT LOISE'S PHOTO HERE BECAUSE SHE LOOKS SO DAMN GORGEOUS AND FLAWLESS. I MEAN LOOK AT THAT. /FANGIRLS *3*

With another awesome Denise, one of the best friends I've made in high school. :)

And then there's Jebbie, Degs, and Mika--my friends since grade school. :D

JOSH WAS IN A GRAY SUIT AND WE MATCHED SO I TOOK A PICTURE WITH HIM LOL~

Our awesome fourth year teachers. :D

Pilot friends. ^^

and 4B friends, Kat and Eliza! :)

It's pretty sad I didn't get to spend much time with my own best friend though. I really wanted to have a picture with Andy. :c Ah well~ D':

my butt hurts.
Saturday, April 2, 2011 || 7:58 AM

Title courtesy of my quotable mother.

Yesterday, I completed the course of my high school life and graduated from the hellhole that is called CSA. Obviously, the only thing I'll be missing about it is the lovely, supportive, amazing friends that I've made in there. Other than that, good riddance, high school, and your shitty administration.

Graduation was pretty lulz. I basically just talked to Nichie and texted a bunch of random people, like Ian and my mom. Haha. Andy's little sister, Roxy, was rather entertaining herself. She was seated near us and she kept shouting Andy's name in the middle of the program. Heh. My cousin also failed at taking pictures of the ceremony. They were all so frustrated at our horrible camera that they weren't able to even see me go up the stage. Tsk, oh my strange family~

After the whole ceremony, I took a bunch of pictures with my friends and gave Ian a ginormous glomp because I missed that boy very much. :]

I met up with my family and we headed out to Chocolate Fire for dinner. Yumyumyum. Here are a bunch of pictures that were taken:

Did nothing today except play Persona 3 on my brother's PSP. It's quite addictive, really. I'm glad I have something to distract me. I've been playing it since a day ago and I'm already hooked. Ffffuuu.

Sadly, I had to leave the game and have myself fixed at the spa, for tomorrow's graduation ball. Eyebrow and upper lip threading hurt like a fucking bitch. :/

For the seniors' grad ball, I am excited, but totally not ready. I've no idea what shoes and what accessories to wear with my dress, plus my appointment is at 3 PM (which is kind of bad because I have to be at Shangri-La Makati by 5. Eh. Whatever will be will be.

I hope something amazing will happen tomorrow night though. :D
